Company HistoryBrown's Construction of VA, Inc. was founded in 1971 by Jerry Brown. Working out of his home the first year he was able to move the company to a small office in 1972, where he stayed until 1990.
By 1990 Brown's Construction had grown enough to require a new facility. So, Jerry constructed a new building at 730 Industrial Ave. in Bedford, Virginia, where the retail division of the company is currently located.
2001, saw the need for another expansion so the
Building Division was moved into another building
Currently Brown's employees 24 people and has numerous local sub-contractors who work with them on a regular basis.
